Spreader and End Cutter Machiine

B-Tex spreading machine is highly recommended in garment & made-up industry. It consists of a pneumatic puller to grabs the fabric and pulls to desired length. Heavy-duty German cutter auto-cuts the fabric, which finally spread over the last layer. Driven Un-winder, German slide, PLC panel and imported length counter ensures zero stretch and accurate length cutting.

BSE requires single operator to spread and cut the fabric with simple press operation. In Auto mode fabric roll can be feed and any number of layers can be set with desired length, which makes machine to work without operator. BSE saves 7-12 workers per shift and increases 3 times production.
